1. Technology training
We will offer best integrity and normative technology training, products
application manual, software operation manual and other documents, so
let the user learn quick and maintenance convenient.
The documents include:
LED display user manual(System structure, system working sketch map, power
supply connect map).
LED display software operation manual.
LED display system attached CDROM.
LED system test report.
LED display document CDROM.
2. Maintenance and counseling service.
Install and debug the display at locale(or technology coach and monitor).
Train the people to install, operation and maintain free of charge.
Offer one year full maintain free of charge.
Offer the counseling service of LED display free of charge.
Offer the maintenance during all life of the display, just for materials
charges.
Offer the upgrade service free of charges.
