Dicolor launched brand new EMC display series---the first domestic EMC photoelectricity enterprise

EMC(Electro Magnetic Compatibility) is one sub-test of CE testing, and the other one is LVD (Low Voltage Detector).

Thereinto, Electro Magnetic Compatibility (EMC) means the equipments or systems meet the  requirements to run in their electromagnetic environment, but dont produce the unbearable  electromagnetic interference ability for any equipments in their environment.

So, EMC includes two requirements:

1. EMI(the interference launched from itself): on the one hand refers to the electromagnetic  interference cant exceed a certain limit, which is produced by the equipments in normal  operation for its environment.

2. EMS(the interference from environment to products): on the other hand refers to the  appliances have some noise immunity to electromagnetic interference in their environment,  which means electromagnetic sensibility.

1. The design of the entire solution of EMC is leading in the world among the whole LED  display industry, the design of cabinet structure is is quite simple and rigorous.

During the series high end criterion tests, for example, the tests of conduction, the  tests of space radiation emission, the tests of harmonic electric current, ESD tests, tests  of radiation resistance, and tests of lightning struck and wave surge, etc, all of the EMC  products have shown the excellent performance.

 3. Especially during the tests of space radiation, PH20 has exceed the European regulatory  standards EN55022 class-B, besides, there is still more than 60B above the EN55022 class-B  standard.

4. The design of the EMC solution is mainly according to the special design of PCB board,  module, and the wave filter, and special shielding and overlap designing of wires and  structure to avoid the electromagnetic interference.

5. The entire arrangement of wires, and the wiring inside the cabinet is perfect, the  performances is quite stable.

6. The processing of EMC designing solution is simple and easy for mass production, besides,  there is no difference on the quality between different cabinets and orders.

 7. The EMC products are with high refresh rate, high gray scale(16 bits), and can support  the dot-by-dot correction.
