PH12.8mm outdoor LED screen located in Maotai

Paying a lot of attention on designing the full color LED screen for outdoor  commercial advertisement application, Dicolor collected the fruit of victory as soon as it  was launched to the market. We got the 155sqm P12.8 outdoor full color LED screen order from  Maotai group after keen compitition, which stands imposingly beside the Zhou enlai sculpture  before the Maotai office building now.

Moutai factory, located in the town of Maotai which is 6km form Ren huai city in northwest of Guizhou province, is in north-west of Guizhou highland and Chishui river east bank , which is surrounded by mountains.  Eventhough located in the the Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau, it is in the lowest basins, with an attitude only 440m. that geological structures makes it is so far away from highland flow that always wreathed in clouds.  There are 35~39℃ high temperature last 5 months in summer and muggy misty rain surrounded more than half year.

This special climate, creating the special quality of Moutai, is a formidable challenge for LED display to operate stably in a long time. So it is just what the client worry about and also the point we need to overcome.

In order to meet the high quality demand, we choose high purity PC as material of P12.8 module shell. It makes the surface of screen fire-proof rating 94-V0, anti-UV(ultraviolet), resistant to high temperature, acid salt spray. Meanwhile, we  also design the special private module kit , which is no deformation, no crack, durable, uniform color display and high contrast.  It makes screen splicing is ultra perfect, no Boundary effect. Under the pretection of perfect anti-corrosion and moistureproof treatment, it will perform perfectly even though in those serious environment.

As for this project, there were the other challenges. Frist of all, we were inquired to acomplish this project in a very short constrution period because they would hold a grand celebration. Secondly, the construction environment was vey complicated because of the 3 layers parking lot which is just under the construction area. It was really hard for the building contractor to complish this project in time. However, we made it, with working day and night. it ended up getting 300 sqm order in all one after another because of this sucessuful project.
