Focus on R&D, Dicolor indoor(outdoor)displays are awarded of Germany EMC

April 2010,Dicolor outdoor display had passed EU EMC certification standards after its indoor display met the standards last year.It becomes the only one LED enterprise passed EU EMC certification standards.
With the development of electrical and electronic technology, the popularity and electronied of home appliances, radio and televisiontelecommunications and computer networks increasingly developed, electromagnetic environment becomes more and more complex and deteriorating. As a result, Electromagnetic compatibility(EMC),Electromagnetic Interference(EMI), Electromagnetic Susceptibility(EMS) have attracted goverments and manufacturer attention. Electronic and electrical products'EMC is a very important quality indicator,it not only to productself' working relibility and use of security ,but also probably affect other equipment and system work ,related to the pretection of electromagnetic environment.
The full name for EMC is Electro Magnetic Compatibility, the definition is the ability of equipment or systems to be used in their intended environment within designed efficiency levels without causing or receiving degradation due to unintentional electromagnetic interference. Proper shielding of devices reduces interference. The definition contains two aspects of meaning.First, the device should be able to work normally in the certain electromagnetic environment,in other words, the device should have EMC; second, device itself can not generate electromagnetic disturbance, which have too much influence for electronic products, that is EMI.
European Union Goverment formulated, from January 1st 1996,all electrical and electronic products must be certified by EMC, the products in the markert of EU should be marked CE. This caused a widespread impact in the world, governments took measures to manage the performance of electrical and electronic products forcibly.

EMC certification standards on the test items mainly contain:Electromagnetic Interference(EMI) and Electromagnetic Susceptibility(EMS). Dicolor's outdoor(indoor) display certificated by EMC had passed four test standards:
EN 61000-6-4-2007: Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) - Part 6-4: Generic standards - Emission standard for industrial environments (IEC 61000-6-4:2006); German version EN 61000-6-4:2007
EN 61000-6-2-2005: Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) - Part 6-2: Generic standards - Immunity for industrial environments
EN 61000-3-2-2006: Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) -- Part 3-2: Limits - Limits for harmonic current emissions (equipment input current <= 16 A per phase)
EN 61000-6-3: Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) - Part 6-3: Generic standards - Emission standard for residential, commercial and light-industrial environments (IEC 61000-6-3:1996, modified); German version EN 61000-6-3:2001 + A11:2004, Corrigenda to DIN EN 61000-6-3 (VDE 0839-6-3):2005-06
Dicolor's outdoor(indoor) display, the actual test result of EMC professional testing in Germany is less than the limits of certification standard.
